Since its inception in the year 2000, has been a website dedicated to providing our customers with the best information and services available for helping dogs and their human partners to achieve the most mutually beneficial relationship possible. Customer satisfaction has always been our highest priority, and we can honestly say that over all these years the dogs have been our customers at least as much as their human partners have been. We’ve learned from experience that if your dogs are satisfied with what we’re providing, you’ll be satisfied too. So please don’t feel put off if it sometimes seems that meeting your dog’s needs might even be a slightly higher priority for us than meeting your needs.

Of course, because your dogs can’t directly use our website, our customer service functions are intended to serve the needs of our human customers. We want to be sure that all your questions are answered and any issues that might arise for you as you use our website are addressed in a timely manner.


How do I order online?

Online ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select the items you and your dog need, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" to view your complete order. When you enter your shipping information, the shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order.

Can I order by phone?

If for any reason you prefer to order by phone, please call us toll-free on our order line at 888-262-0704 during our normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. MST.

Do you charge sales tax?

As a Montana-based business, we do not charge sales tax.

How long does it take to process my order?

We do our best to process orders within one business day.

What are my payment options?

Online orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover cards. If you’d like to pay by check, you must order by phone. Please send your check to:

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Upon placing your order online, you will receive an email confirming your order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order as long as the order is still in process (shipped). To change or cancel your order please call 888-262-0704 as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders that have been processed (shipped) cannot be changed or cancelled.


What is your policy regarding returns and refunds?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 15 days you may return any items you ordered for a full refund. In order to receive a refund you must call 888-262-0704 within 15 days of receipt of your order to request a return authorization number (RAN). Please note that your RAN expires 15 days after it is issued. No return can be accepted nor refund given without a valid RAN.

Please return the items in the original packaging or comparable replacement packaging to avoid damage. Returned items that are lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited to your account. We strongly recommend that you use a return shipper that provides verification of the shipping date and a traceable shipping method.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges.

How long before I receive my refund?

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.


What is your shipping procedure?

All orders are shipped USPS, regular mail, unless you choose another option. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout when you add your shipping information to your online order and are automatically added to your order total. If you wish to have your order expedited, you will be able to select priority mail or express mail options.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items you’ve selected and on the shipping destination.

International orders are usually shipped using USPS flat-rate shipping methods.
